Run the linux fdisk command on each of your harddrives, i.e. 'fdisk /dev/hda', 'fdisk /dev/hdb', etc. Don't use a partition number with the command. You will get a menu asking what you want to do next. Use the 'l' menu item to get a list of each partition and it's type on each of the disks.
