I think you can not have access to the this Print Dialog using the API.
I suppose the best way is to make a private print Dialog and using the

This is a good idea. It avoids to check in all 3rd party modules
again. But since we have one extra ICU 4.8.1 dependency, we still need
check if it checks out both the local ext_sources directory and
external copying together, so we can put the ICU 4.8.1 module in local
