Kimm, How could FoCP possibly "sell advertising rights in Clark Park"? Clark Park is owned by the City of Philadelphia and administered by the Dept. of Recreation. FoCP is just the park support group. It's roughly akin to the Neighborhood Advisory Councils that connect Rec with the communities
