I deleted Usage data in tools-->Options,then it worked.

"recursion" - you are trying to base your calculation on
the result of a calculation that happened on a previous
line.
Your method would have to be smart-enough to know this.

Thanks for the response, I have setup sales tax ledger account posting type
to 'sales tax' but still doesn't work.
But I have do the journal in different way since the journal was to adjust
customer prepayment
so I just made the adjust journal with opposite account for adjustment.

Please make sure that the sales tax ledger account is having a posting type as
"sales tax" under COA master->setup tab->posting type.
