Jon, The Craftsman jacks actually don't have the best reputation. Look at the reviews. They are prone to leaks. I would consider a Harbor Freight aluminum 2 or 2.5 ton or a Harbor Freight low profile steel jack. The Costco Arcan jacks are also considered good. If you want to splurge you can

240Ds can run high speeds all day long. If running 75-80 doesn't feel good, then something is wrong. It may take a bit of time to get there, however, and a hill can set you back somewhat. But if something feels scary, you need to fix it. You're not doing any damage if the engine is well
