I have just update galeon on my site to galeon-1.3.11a-0.1mdk. It is available from the 9.2 page for manual dl only. It does require that mozilla-1.5 also be installed to prefix=/usr. The rpm will not work if mozilla is installed to /usr/local Rpms for mozilla-1.5 are contained on the same page
