If you don't see anything, then maybe the packages are not installed, try rpm

I have obtained the GPL version of 7.1, but
have been unable to install it either under Windows or as a complete install on
an empty hard drive. The CD boots fine and the installation begins,
but once the second stage is reached it terminates unexpectedly; the only

Have you checked the list of cards on your system at all? The last time I
was in the display setup there were so many listed there that I was
becoming a bit annoyed having to wade through them all. Actually a
"good" problem to have.

(RH 5.2, for instance) and run that. When you get to the
option for fdisk, delete any and all existing partitions of
size or type. Don't forget to "save" the results. You
should then see that there is the whole disk available

Sorry to see you go but I can certainly understand your point of view. It's a
shame that a good resource can be so abused by the very people it's intended to
help but that seems to be the Internet. Should give everyone a pen I suppose.
