is it possible in writer to define 2 different heading styles for headings
that operate on the same heading level. E.g. I want a heading 3 that
sometimes inserts a page break and another heading 3 that does not insert a
page break, thus:
Heading 3: no page break
Heading 3 with page
I guess the easiest is to define your heading 3 style with a page break and
remove it manually when you don't need it (i.e. direct formatting). Right click
on the heading 3, Text Flow tab and uncheck the break.
NB: The option for automatic style update has to be unchecked.
