Depends on what you want. If you want to use Maildir/ instead of the old
unix style mailboxes. Use courier. Also if you need ssl support courier
does that too. You can look into cyrus imapd, courier, WU imapd. Postfix

After 'modprobe ipchains' it's in /sbin/ipchains for
me. I'm using a pretty stock 8.0 install.
