ho un piccolo problema con mandrake 7.2.
Ho installato il sistema operativo completo (circa 3.2 Gb !!!) e al
primo boot l' harddrake riconosceva perfettamente il mio modem USR
interno ma non la scheda audio ALS120, che con un po' di fatica ho
sempre fatto riconoscere a REDHAT 6.2.

None that I know of, except for the ATA100 IDE Interface. You have to connect
your hard drives to the ATA33/66 Interface first, do the install, then edit
some files to support the ATA 100 interface, then shutdown, change
connections then restart. That's how it's done with an Asus A7V. Mine

when you installed Mandrake? Very likely the reason you can't connect to
your box on with either of these programs is because the servers for these
services are not installed on your system.
