need for a light meter. I review exposure between shots by looking at
the shape and location of the histogram, and check for blinking

Just like Sigma and Tokina, Pentax has to offer more for the consumers

I found it helped to wave at the people I was photographing. They
really responded to a slow, full-arm-extended, almost exaggerated
parade-style wave rather than a fast, jerky, hello-goodby wave.

It has the Pentax AF drive pin. It allows autofocus. I've used it in
autofocus mode my FA* 600/f4, F* 300/f4.5, and PZ1p.
Of course, you lose infinity focus, but that occurs with any extension
tube.

I like the M20/4. Mine was inexpensive, and I like its small size, so
it has a built-in cost/convenience/value factor for me.
This weekend I plan to post some evaluation shots of the M20/4 using
the *istD, which won't help film users much because of the crop
factor.
