delivered, then the message that 'at' sends is classified as spam.

I upgraded to 2.40 (now 2.41) last week and
the messages which are definitely in the DCC database aren't being marked
as such by spamassassin when connected to via spamc. Interestingly it is
detected when running spamassassin -t < sample-spam.txt (using the same
userid incidentally).

I have problem with the scores on 8-bit characters. Some emails i recieve all
purely chinese, even the header is in chinese which caused very high score. Is
there a way i can work around to accept chinese language in the header, subject
and body?

This problem was caused not by the upgrade to 2.4x but to the coincidence
of rebooting the server near the time of the upgrade.
Looks like the problem below was due to trying start spamd before dcc could
be contacted. Not unreasonably spamc caches the results of a attempt to contact

SpamAssassin version 2.41 and want to have a site-wide auto-whitelist, so I've
added
auto_whitelist_path/var/spool/spamassassin/auto-whitelist
auto_whitelist_file_mode 0777

list-archives but only found something relating to a previous version,

server, Whitelist_from is probably your best option.
