I have attempted to change screen fonts 3 times with no success. Select
font and size and save - but the size won't stick. For instance I select
Verdana 11 and save.
I have never found any big gaps in MRINs. If I notice a gap here and there I
simply renumber from the latest entry(s).

It depends upon what you are looking for and where. I viewed the available
database listing before I subscribed. After that I found land and probate
records, family histories and so on, not available at other sites. On some
searches it may come up with something on Footnote (I have a subscrip

I followed his instructions exactly; however, Word is not resizing my
picture. Resizing manually after inserting in Word does not work. What am I

No, your understanding is not wrong. My Rev. War ancestor and several of his
sons were warned out of Isle La Motte, Vermont. However, later they took the
Freemans Oath and attended town meetings. Not sure why they were warned out
in the first place. Here is a link to the NewEnglandAncestors website
I had a few ancestors "warned out" of Vermont. As Ann said communities were
legally responsible for taking care of those who could not care for
themselves. If newcomers did not appear to be capable they would issue an
order to depart town, and if they did not they were escorted out. My

if the text extends beyond what you see in the box on the screen the screen
shot does not capture it. This happens often in the detail screen in the
"citing" block. If a few are done at the same time I just copy a
