OK, I suppose it could be your firewire interface. However, when mine started acting up I didn't get an unhandeld exception. Rather PSDR didn't see the radio and popped up the radio selection window. This was likely a handled exception and replacing the firewire cable fixed it.

Changing modes form any mode to an SSB mode turns off VAC1 even though "Enable for Digital modes. Disable for all others" is NOT checked. I need VAC1 enabled for all modes as I use CW Skimmer on CW and WinWarlber's Digital Voice Keyer on SSB both of which require VAC1.

Actually, you have one if you remember to use it. Before you tune off, click "Save" in the center VFO box at the top of the PSDR screen. Tune til your hearts content, even change bands then click "Restore" and it will snap you right back to where yo were when you clicke

[Flexradio] Flex-3000 motorboating

I am a new owner of a Flex-3000. I have a situation in CW mode (maybe other modes too, I'm not sure) where the receiver starts motor boating at seemingly random times. It's easily fixed by stopping and restarting the radio. There is probably something I can tweak but what is it?
