Just to add my experience... I have both an 800MHz 15 Tibook and a 12 867MHz AlBook using AP and AP Extreme respectively. I live in a duplex apt with 6 concrete floors and cinder block walls. I can take these books to any part of the house, upstairs or downstairs and I have all the arcs

Classic networking doesn't directly access the hardware, it accesses the network through OS X. That means that the Open Transport stack is unloading for some reason. Try disabling any non-OS 9 extensions and control panels. It's probably not the OT kernel. Although OT under 9.1 was hardly

Yes the advantage is that you can print to it w/o any other computer being connected to the printer. That means that there does not need to be a computer plugged in/turned on for the printer to work. Many routers/cable modems have USB connectors but they are only for network connection,
