My impression is that the situation with MM is very fluid. They are
trying to appeal to tenants that have a proven track record and who
are willing
Some people on the boardwalk have unreal expectations. I was in the
candy store near the casino and the people that own that think that
they will have enough traffic in the middle of the winter to be open 7
days a week.

I tend to agree with much of what New Beetoap says.
First off, it's 100% obvious that the bandshell is never going to see the light
of day again,
and MM is getting away with it because nobody is putting pressure on them to

Next, the shipping containers. They looked bad
