Yes, only inbound calls. You need to understand what they will send you for did (7/10/11/+11 digits) so you can assign aliases. You need to know what they expect you to send (10/11/+11 digits). This is where you would adjust the dialplan and gateway settings. I'd suggest you look at the section

[sipx-users] sipXecs and Polycom "Buddies"

Whenever sipXecs reboots one of our Polycom IP550 phones, the phone loses its "Buddies" list. Is there a way to load the Buddies list in sipXecs (maybe under "Device Files"?) so that it will repopulate the Buddies list on the phone after a reboot? It's OK if everyone has the same Buddies list.
