I think a good background in Unix would help to get a position at Cisco.
Most of their testing labs are using Unix.
What I have noticed is that most employers I talk requiring Unix experience
don't give too much attention for Linux knowledge.
I think it is not what they want to hear (yet)...

This is a stupid question:
I have recently run into some information that has caused me to doubt
the

seen something similar and the problem was that we had accidentally
put
clockrate statements on both routers instead of just
the DCE.
Other
than that, layer 1???. Has that cable tested good elsewhere?
