etc.. step 18 wants me to create and rndc password using 'mmencode', command
not found.

Works here, netscape 4.77. The site relies on java maybe that's your

Dont know if this is the one your looking for but on th e linux.nf mirror the
file containing your login choices(eD2.4) was /etc/rc.d/rc.gui
