hdlist.cz files on the remote server and only fetches them if they have

Change the ownership of /var/log/privoxy to daemon and you will be OK.

(dmesg in a terminal will show you the boot messages. You should see
references to it in there)
Then go through the networking wizard in Mandrake Control centre to configure
it.
