If you look into Task Management, there are automated tasks that you can build
that should help you with some of that. You would still have to do some level
of customization of ITSM (especially if you want to pass data entered via SRM
to the Task itself) but it should be doable.

I recently used a demo copy of dynaTrace which overlaps some with Fiddler, but
seemed to give a lot better information in terms of what is causing performance
bottlenecks and displaying it in a graphical format. I'd suggest going to

This doesn't make sense since Full Name is on the User form. Sure, it's not
split up by each part of the name like it is on CTM:People, but it would be
pretty easy to do searches with LIKE that would return the names that you are

As I'm upgrading from ITSM 7.0.3 to 7.6.4, one thing I'd like to do is continue
