Hi! Why don't create just one user? It could be something like "Generic User", [EMAIL PROTECTED] As they're phone tickets, OTRS won't send any mail to that address. At least I haven't seen any in my install. Obviously, you'll have to look for this user every time someone calls

Hello! I recommend you to double check all the steps in the manual and apply them on your installation again, from the very begining. If you did a lot of changes testing settings you'll probably have some settings that could be wrong and confusing you. Afther doing this

Take care if your database gets big. I don't have too much experience with OTRS and I don't know how many articles you should have to consider it's database as "big", but with other Trouble Ticket solutions every cron job checked the whole database, causing a noticeable performace hit.
