I have a intermittent problem (about a dozen times a day)
where a PVC
goes
from the active to inactive state. It used to happen maybe
once a week.
I
have not changed anything on either router. Furthermore, my
other PVC's
are
unaffected.
I did a debug of the lmi packets
s rarely fail, it is possible.
In certain locations in SWA, this happened rather frequently
due to dust infiltration and operator error.

Subject: RE: 7505 Reboots randomly Please HELP
Hello everyone:
Thanks everyone for reply this post.
Cisco tells us it's solid I

That can only come about through testing. You may also find
that 12.1x code may have fixed any potential anomalies that
12.0x code may have presented.

do you know if there is an IOS command that allows to

Have you considered using this command?

p.s. If you get it to only boot to a certain point and you get
a "buffer overflow" error, you do not

that is as good as a swag as I can muster.

We have 2 routers plugged into the same Vlan on a cat 5500.
All layer 2 info seems to be showing up just fine from all
devices. The routers have a basic simple config. You know e
ny logging to work at the
console when using that method, including access list
violations, reboot warnings, etc.
