Yes, please describe it. What is DH's plaster? What salve are you talking
about--Cansema? (if Cansema salve, what is your source?) Jill

I got the digital camera out to record progress. Got fresh batteries, as
they seemed to be dead. Didn't work. Nothing worked. Camera dead. Never
mind, got video camera. Recorded four days or so. Video camera now not
working. Hah!

Cansema salve, yes. From http://www.wholisticanimal.com/ and they get it
from
http://www.bevanpotter.com/ or http://health.centreforce.com/ who also sell
it. Both sell overseas. (From Australia)
Plaster is elastoplast on a roll. You just cut off as much as you want.
I will describe as best I can.
First time I saw it (DH DIH did it himself) it was well and truly covered
with salve, and a round portion of the crust had pushed up away from the
skin, corresponding to the size of the mole that was there. I cleaned it
up, got rid of all the excess crusty salve around the wound, and white and
yellow streaks were visible underneath the lid or crust. He had applied
far too much, and appled more the next morning - again, unable to see it, as
it was on his spine.
That night, I had a look at it and saw that the salve-encrusted lid had come
away from the cancer. It appeared to have taken the top layer of skin and
tumour with it. It was hanging by a tiny thread of skin, but came away as I
cleaned up. Cleaned with CS and H2O2. Flesh around wound somewhat red.
First time I put vaseline on, next day VCNO. Next day cleaned up with lots
of CS and H202. Today looked rather dry, and cracked on top, and rather
healed around the edges. No ooze whatsoever. I have put VCNO on the
plaster again. I think I will keep using that now until it comes out, then
use the healing cream they sent. I have put wedges of cotton wool to try to
raise the plaster off the wound slightly, or at least to try to stop the
emerging cancer getting squashed back in.

Re: CSCANSEMA Salve -- suppliers

2005-12-27 Thread Shiona Phillips

Hi Pete,

Although I haven't yet experimented myself with using escharotic salves,
I've been reading Ingrid Naimon's book Cancer Salves
http://www.cancersalves.com/publications/book.html and thought I'd pass
on what she advises in case it is of any use to you.

She says that after the eschar detaches, the site should be bloodless,
clean and pinkish. Sometimes the site is flat, other times there is a
significant crater. Often, there is a hole at the bottom of the crater
from which morbid material is discharged. This is usually greenish-grey
with an unpleasant odor. If this is the case, it is important that the
hole remains open so long as the discharge continues. Poulticing
(suggestion: equal parts slippery elm, lobelia, bayberry root bark and
flax seeds) keeps the area clean, draws out the morbid material, and
prevents the site from closing. When the discharge subsides, her
recipe Golden Myrrical, for healing the site is 5oz Goldenseal, 4oz
Myrhh and 3 oz Irish Moss blended with castor oil and cured overnight in
a yoghurt maker. This lotion helps to keep the site from closing
prematurely.

Sometimes, after detachment of the eschar, parts of the tumor remain of
a different colour to the healthy tissue. Sometimes greenish gray
patches can be seen, and if any part remains it's necessary to apply
diluted enucleating paste to that spot. It can be diluted and painted
on these spots or packed into the crater, depending on how much appears
to be remaining. Apparently unless the salve is diluted it will hurt.
If there are only a few tiny spots, the escharotic can be applied
directly to those spots ( being careful to apply the preperation to a
larger area than the visible tumor). The rest of the crater can be
filled with the herbal mixture described above. The site should be
bandaged/plaster.

She says that if some of the tumor remains, it can because the tumor was
large and deep, or too little of the enucleating salve was used, or
because scratches in the eschar were not made or this step was omitted
(something she recommends in order to penetrate the eschar and reach the
tumor underneath) and that it is crucial that any residuals are
necrotized whilst there is easy access to them.

A second eschar will form, usually smaller than the first one and will
also usually detach faster. While waiting for it to form, the
procedures are essentially the same as the first time. The enucleating
salve should be used until the tumor is necrotized. Poultices are
indicated when there is discharge and Golden Myrrical can be applied to
assist seperation. The area should be kept occlusive and dressings
changed at least every day. The site should be kept clean with
Colloidal Silver/ Hydrogen Peroxide.

This cycle is repeated so long as there is evidence or suspicion of
remaining malignancy. When completely satisfied that destruction of the
entire tumor has occurred, healing can be permitted. At this time, the
treatment site should be free of discharges and odor and should appear
entirely clean and pinkish To be extra certain, it may still be wise to
apply poultices and ointments for a few more days.

She lists various recipes in her book, but a simple healing salve can be
made from Goldenseal powder and honey, or a simple Calendula based
ointment can be used.

When the time comes to close the treatment site, she recommends that
Turmeric be added to any healing ointment used, in order to prevent
scarring, the healing salve applied thickly for a few days under a
bandage/plaster, later gently rubbed into treatment area and surrounding
tissue.

The Homeopathic remedy Hydrastis candensis can also be used in the
healing stage, 3 or 4 times a day for a week.

Her recipe for a gentler enucleating paste than Bloodroot based black
salves is :

5oz Goldenseal
4oz Turmeric
3oz White Willow
Calendula Oil

Homeopathic Arnica montana and Apis mellifica can be added to the salve
or taken orally for pain relief.

Blend ingredients and leave overnight in a yoghurt maker. Zinc Chloride
can be added gradually according to how strong a paste is desired, using
a dropper bottle containing a teaspoon Zinc Chloride mixed with
distilled water. (Do not touch any metal object to the Zinc Chloride)

Ingrid does mention in her book that some of the escharotics on the
market are so aggressive that they will cause a reaction in healthy as
well as malignant tissue This is therefore a feature of that particular
escharotic so that despite clams to the contrary reactions are not a
clue to malignancy or lack thereof. She says that bloodroot is so
unpredictable and inflammatory that there is no way to estimate it's
potential action once applied to the skin. There may be no reaction at
all or it may become so systemic that excruciating pain and fever are
almost immediate and prefers salves based on Goldenseal which she
refers to as being elegant and precise

Re: CSCANSEMA Salve -- Pete

2005-12-27 Thread Laurie

Dear Pete, sounds like you have received very good advice from the listers
here. What a wonderful, smart, supportive group of people!

Regarding my personal experience with the bloodroot salve, at the time, I
knew nothing about Colloidal Silver or anything else people are discussing
here. So my experience was perhaps more painful and scarey looking than
necessary.

My cancer started as a soft skin tag on my right upper abdomen. As an
experiment, after receiving my 2 oz. jar, I put some on several moles
scattered over my body. This one took, beginning immediately to tingle,
where other moles had no reaction.

Eventually, the whole area was 4 inches by 3 inches. At one time during the
cansema treatment, I could lay my fist into the cavity the cansema created.

My cancers felt to be fingerlings of cells that went in 4 different
directions deep into my body, rather than concentrated in one area, close to
the surface, like a tumor. This is unconfirmed other than my own
visualizations and meditations, as I was healing myself. I dared not take
this to conventional medicine. I only imagine they would have offered me
chemo and surgery, with no guarantee the situation would have been handled.

I would apply the cansema, cover it and leave it on for 10 days.

I was perhaps too vigorous with the cansema, but in my zeal to remove all
the cancer cells from deep inside my abdomen, I applied undiluted cansema to
new flesh. I did take breaks and let the skin heal over. But when
reapplying, it would open up again, to reveal pin sized holes of eschar. I
could feel tingling deep inside my body, and I felt the salve pulled the
offending cells to the surface.

I never considered supporting my healing process through the gentle herbs
and creams being suggested here. Emotional support was spotty also, as it
was a frightening, oozing sore that scared the people that loved me. They
did not know how to help other than to insist I go to a doctor.

It just never dawned on me, that it didn't have to be painful... which
speaks more to my personal process of Life (i.e. Healing has to be painful).
It was a sort of do it yourself project. (THAT is not how I feel today,
however).

The acute process took about 5 months.

2 years later, the scar is continuing to fill in and fade. It is very soft,
unusual for untreated scar tissue. Or course, I am pain free, and my
kinisiology checking tells me, I am cancer free. I have the blood root
salve to thank for that. From what I read about the cansema, the body would
rebuild the flesh over time, once the cells were healthy again.

As far as your looks, you are a living testimony of healing yourself of
cancer. Surgery is known to disfigure a person also, and not fix the
problem.

Sounds like you are getting the information and support you need. Good
Healing! Laurie

Hi Tel,

I would be interested in seeing your before and after pictures of the wound
if you wouldn't mind.
I have a horse and it did receive a flesh wound just about the hind knee
from a horseshoe the was not properly mounted on the front foot. Don't ask
me how that happened.(freak accident)No one has ever seen anything like it.
This would be great proof in the event my horse suffers such an improbably

AOL EmailThis is a CS site and your going to use pineapple? ((( GEE

I have had horse's heal with hardly any scars, with a piece of flesh torn
out by a steel post when a Mt. Lyon chased a heard .
I have before and after pictures. If your new to CS site, Let me tell you
about my experience. CS can heal Epidermis tissue (top skin) with almost
no scaring. I have cut my own finger with a sharp knife and squirted on CS
several times a day and no scar.

  Hi Pete,

If you don't see any evidence of remaining tumor, I personally would not
reapply the salve. Let it heal up. You can always re-test after a while if
the area still seems suspicious to you.
Once my own skin is covered over, I'm thinking of rubbing pineapple on
the sites to see if the enzymes will reduce scarring.

Sorry for the delayed response.

Unfortunately, I don't know who Laurie is to pass her email address on.
From my experience, if you still see white spots in the pink skin after
the eschar detaches, it is a good idea to retreat while the sore is
still open. I had some white goo left behind in one sore, but it
thankfully fell out after a few days to leave only pink skin.
I've heard it said that you may want to re-test treated spots yearly to
ensure there's no futher growth.

I feel for you- treating your nose! That would invite a lot of attention!

I also got my goo from lizardhaven. It's good stuff! lol

Hi all,

I've been looking into this subject recently as my partner has a basal
carcenoma that we're going to try and treat.

As for websites selling Cansema type products, I read on the Alpha
Omega website that they are alerting people to the fact that there is
one particular imitation of their product to watch out for, being
offered by one of their previous customers , a company called, Rising
Sun Health http://www.altcancer.com/fake_cansema.htm which definately
does NOT contain the original ingredients of their product

I'm reading an excellent book by Ingrid Naiman Cancer Salves A
Botanical Approach to Treatment full of useful information on the
history of use of salves, receipes for various salves and detailed
instructions on using the salves.

The methods described in Ingrid Naiman's book Cancer Salves: A
Botanical Approach to Treatment were traditionally used mainly for
breast tumors and skin cancers, but they have been successfully employed
for a wide variety of other malignancies, including pancreatic, liver,
and kidney cancer. Derivative treatments can be used for uterine-cervix
and brain cancer as well as many abnormal conditions affecting the
lymphatic system. The internal tonics, often regarded as more important
than the external, can be used as either primary or adjunctive treatment
for most cancers.

She recommends a Golden Seal, rather than Bloodroot, salve for general
use as this though taking a longer time, is less aggressive,
inflammatory and painful. In her recipe, based on studies of the work
19th Century doctor Guy Pattison, Zinc Chloride can be added to
increase the strength and turn it into an enucleating salve (blisters
the skin). I am not sure whether to post the actual recipe as she does
not actually include this on her website, rather encourages people to
buy her book as she considers it important that people also have
background knowledge and detailed instructions on methods of
application. However, the main ingredients are Goldenseal, Tumeric,
White Willow Bark, Calendula Oil (made in apricot kernel oil)

If zinc chloride is used, she recommends adding it gradually, according
to the needs of the individual, sensitivity, stage of treatment etc -
from a dropper bottle filled with 1tsp zinc chloride mixed with
distilled water

Her book http://www.cancersalves.com/publications/book.html is
extremely informative on the whole history of the subject and contains
very useful and detailed instructions on using the salves . Her website
is well worth a visit which also includes a discussion list on the
subject of using salves.

I read not so long ago that Michael Moore is working about a
documentary about American medical care, and may include a segment
about the suppression of the excellent altcancer.com/Alpha Omega Labs.
I have a very healthy respect for the work that company did, and I
believe they were telling the truth and saving lives. The FDA
suppression of the company was, in my view, a perfectly legal criminal
act. I also believe that First Amendment protections and the power of
the internet mean that informed consumers will be able to purchase or
make their own Cancema.

One list member suggested a site for users to exchange information.
This would be a great project, given that much of the power of
Altcancer.com came from their extensive testimonials, both written and
visual (photos and even videos.)

I do not know what has happened to Greg Caton (aka James Carr), but I
hope he is well and still in the fight.

This is a recipe for a black paste very similar to the cansema. But this

This paste also has worked well for all manner of cancers provided that they
have become exposed to or close to the surface of the skin.
a.. ½ cup powdered Blo! od Root ( Sanguinaria Canadensis )
b.. ½ cup Zinc Chloride, crystals or liquid
c.. ½ cup common white flour
  d.. 1½ cup warm water
e.. 100ml Chaparral extract or 100gm of powdered Chaparral ( Larrea

Pre-mix all but the water, thoroughly, before adding to the water. Using a
stainless steel double boiler. Put in water, then stir in the other

boiling water, stirring constantly. Application is much the same as cansema.
Apply a thin layer ( 2 - 3 mm ) of the paste over the affected area and cover
for 24 hours. Then remove the covering, but do not disturb the lesion at all,
do not attempt to pull the cancer out at any time, it should fall out in 10

Yes thank you. I think everyone should make Black Salve, It works.
I use this same ingredients list too, except I include Graveola, Pau D' Arco
powder in the cooking process, and add a small amount of CS after it cools to
help keep it from spoiling. I store it in the refrigerator as well in a
tight sealed Qt. jar until I need some , I put in a Carmex size tub, as it
takes very little to do the trick. I do not sell it, so don't ask.
I only experiment . Big brother is watching us all.

It would be a valuable public service if a precise recipe could be
placed in the public domain. All ingredients are readily available,
I think.

Amen.

According the mainstream news reports, President Bush has admitted his
repeated and willful violations of the law in ordering spying on
American citizens; according to AP, the FBI admits that most of the
more than 10,000 were not suspected of any wrongdoing.

Only a handful of persons knows the true purpose of these illegal
actions.

I would go so far as to assume that every person on our list may be
monitored by someone.

When the truth finally comes out, there may be some changes in
government.

Hi Jonathan,
For the welfare, safety and anonymity of all concerned your suggestion seems
very reasonable.

There is absolutely NO law that prohibits recipes in a public domain. Let
the govt perps have a fit if they are monitering these lists because from what
I can see there are no illegal ingredients...and as of today at least, we
still have freedom of choice to to self-treat and make our salve.

½ cup powdered Blo! od Root ( Sanguinaria Canadensis )
½ cup Zinc Chloride, crystals or liquid
   ½ cup common white flour
   1½ cup warm water
100ml Chaparral extract or 100gm of powdered Chaparral (

Pre-mix all but the water, thoroughly, before adding to the water.
Using a stainless steel double boiler. Put in water, then stir in the
other ingredients. Stir in well using a wooden spoon. Cook for thirty
minutes over boiling water, stirring constantly. Application is much the
same as cansema. Apply a thin layer ( 2 - 3 mm ) of the paste over the
affected area and cover for 24 hours. Then remove the covering, but do
not disturb the lesion at all, do not attempt to pull the cancer out at any

There are lots of Cansema sites, but none are genuine.

The ***original AO Labs sites,*** e.g. www.altcancer.com
and www.AlphaOmegaLabs.com
are still there, but for information purposes only.
None of the products listed are sold there, thanks to FDA.

Alpha Omega Labs is *out of business* (at present anyway).
If you find a site you think is genuine, please post the URL,
or some people may end up at a con-artist's website.

By the way, the following ingredients are not similar to
the Cansema black salve. (Their herbalist ridiculed the
idea of having white flour in the formulation.) Cansema
black salve contains other crucially-needed herbs than
the ones listed below.

½ cup powdered Blo! od Root ( Sanguinaria Canadensis )
½ cup Zinc Chloride, crys! tals or liquid
½ cup common white flour
1½ cup warm water
100ml Chaparral extract or 100gm of powdered Chaparral ( Larrea mexicana )

only cutting, burning and poisoning would be recommended along with being
SCARED TO DEATH by the so called Health Care Providers without solving the

However, shortly after I ordered and received my Cansema cream, my supplier

Hi Laurie,
Words spoken so well. I'm a person the medical community would refer to as
being 18 years out and therefore, considered cured of Cancer. And a nasty
case it was.doctors and their prognosis alone would/could have scared me
to death. I often wondered if in medical school they were not also given a
course on masochism.

Also, I tend to agree with you. Perhaps the type of information people are
seeking regarding providers/vendors/makers of this cream should be shared
privately to insure safety. Then again, if it's benefits were not shared,
few would even know of its existence, myself included. My mother had
malignant melanoma years ago and there is no guarantee it will not return.
So, I have been following this thread with great interest but declined
comment, until your post.

Perhaps, if the ingredients were shared, people could make it themselves and
take full responsibility without endangering someone elses civil liberties.
All parties would be protected, albeit a little less off financially regarding
sales.

  best regards,
  Carol Ann

Re: CSCANSEMA Salve -- progress with eschar - successful conclusion

2005-12-17 Thread Rowena
So Pete, when you say the majority of the eschar is gone, do you mean it
broke apart and that some is yet to come away?
That must have been pretty big - and this had started and grown in just a
matter of months?
Wow! Did you have a diagnosis to say what kind it was, or did you just
recognise and treat it yourself anyway?

I see in the middle of my husband's wound something white like a wen. No
idea what it might be. I wonder whether, once it is healed, if it persists
whether to try a dab of cansema as a diagnosis. The new skin that was under
the eschar is looking good and healing fast; just looks a bit tender.

Tonight we have put a dab on a mole on my back that has grown pinkish
thickness around it. If nothing happens, good, but if something does start
to come away, good again.

Rowena

I too have been experimenting with cansema and its effects on skin
cancers. I had over the
months developed an island of raised skin covering the front 1/3 of my nose
which in places
had turned purple, and in one place flaked and left raw. I applied the
new cansema salve to
the affected area a week ago Tues, and am now in my 10th day. After about
6-7days my
nose was quite sore and had grown about 1/16-1/8 of eschar before it
started
a gradual slof-
fing. The sloffing has stopped now and the majority of eschar is gone, but
my nose is somewhat pitted in places, like having been in a car accident or
fight. I received many com-
ments at work during this process as you might imagine(I didn't have my
nose
covered the
total time). Some of the pits(gouges) seem about 1/8 deep and started to
ooze, so I cleaned
with h2o2 and applied Neosporin to stop infection and help heal. As of now
my nose looks and feels like cardboard, but I feel time will heal. Pete

Re: CSCANSEMA Salve -- progress with eschar - successful conclusion

2005-12-16 Thread Rowena
This is to let you know that this evening the eschar on my husband's back
came away leaving smooth pink skin where it had been.

Comparing the eschar with the scab that came off early in the piece, I
notice that it is less than half the diameter, so the eschar has been
shrivelling up. The skin that looked as if it was healing after having been
covered by a scab looked that way because it had indeed been covered once.
The size of the original scab corresponds with the size of the healing site
with its skin edge all around.

Two or three of the pictures I took with the digital camera were quite
successful. I tried to scan the two pieces this evening to compare and
contrast, but blow me down if that jolly thing isn't refusing its duty now.
Says a cable is loose or something; what nonsense. May have to reinstall
the program tomorrow.

This has all taken place with absolutely no pain, and with occasional
itching only. Despite the scare when the top was dislodged, all seems to
have progressed well. Now we have the healing cream on the site.

work, but from description that is not the case. Good work!Jill

I am intrigued as to how anyone could state that. Did they have experience,
or was this theoretical?

Day 10 came, and the scab is still in the flesh, but detached all around,
and seems to have shrunk, with the skin on either side pink with the look of
fresh skin from under a scab, and a kind of ring of skin edge some
millimetres away from the 'crater' edge. As if at one time there had been a
scab on it, but there hadn't. Maybe tonight's examination will reveal a
detached eschar. At least the digital camera did work last night, so when I
get around to downloading pics there may be a reasonable image. As my video
camera isn't working, I don't have those images to download at present, but
one day. . . It's an older analogue camera, but pretty good. I may send
the pics to Bevan Potter's site when I have them ready, if he wants them. I
bear in mind what the AlphaOmega site said about gratitude - where then are
the other nine?

Re: CSCANSEMA Salve---VCNO---DMSO Emu Oil

2005-12-12 Thread Rowena
The salve I have already contains DMSO and Emu oil. No VCNO, however.
http://www.bevanpotter.com/
Ingredients: Bloodroot, Galangal, Chaparral, Ginger root, Zinc Chloride,
Graviola, Emu Oil and pharmaceutical-grade DMSO.
As I have understood it, Emu carries stuff into the skin, and DMSO carries
it into the deeper tissues.
I too, if I make a salve, add DMSO and Emu Oil, and nowadays VCNO.

The AlphaOmega site spoke of people with breast cancer experimenting with
Cancema and finding that they were able to treat it that way (but with
considerable pain). Now that would be an interesting thing to do, a trial
of Cancema on the outside and see if anything opens up. I had thermography
done not long ago, and there are hot spots on both breasts. I won't have
any more mammograms. Also hot spot all around the sinuses. There has been
calcification on right breast for some years - but maybe the Far Infrared
Saunas will dispel that? I never did get a money order made out for
Slackstone from Spain to treat the calcification.
Rowena

The active ingredients of cansema are soluble in water.
Water is miscible with DMSO. DMSO is miscible in
at least some oils (e.g. jojoba.) Therefore the active
ingredients of cansema might be dissolved in VCNO using
DMSO as an intermediary solvent. The DMSO would
  also act as a penetrant.
Has anybody tried this possible enhancement?Matthew

Hi Matthew -- I have not used DMSO, but from what I have read,
if you add some (not too much) DMSO to the black salve, it will
help carry/penetrate the salve deeper through the skin, and possibly
  even reach internal tumours.

I always add Emu Oil to the salves that I make, as this oil
penetrates through the skin and acts as a carrier.
Also -- a black salve that has been stored for a longish time
tends to dry out, and emu oil is very good for making it moist again.

It is open at either end; the last couple of days I have put cotton wool at
either end to try to raise the surface of the dressing a little above the
eschar. I am concerned about squashing or rubbing of the eschar, especially
as the top layer of skin came off with the crust of salve. I am very
interested in what you say about the importance of keeping it dry and open
to the air. It is at waist band level, so would not be very open anyway,
and I do want to protect it. Maybe a cloth dressing with just strips of
adhesive tape to keep it in place would be better? I note that the info on
the old alpha omega site recommends sponge baths above showers during the
process.

###This is a common mistake (sad to say), and can cause much pain

The amazing thing is that he not only has had no pain, but no sensation
whatsoever - no tingling, no pulling, no itching. Nothing.
I put a tiny amount on a funny bump on my leg last night, and soon felt a
tingling. No sign of any action, though. I just did this as a little
diagnostic. I am planning to try it on a life-long mole on my back next
year, which itches quite often and is uncomfortable. As the salve will only
work on cancerous tissue, I plan to try this first, and then, maybe, get
and use the kind of salve for moles. In the continuing spirit of
experimentation and reporting-to-base so characteristic of the silverlist,
heh heh, I have experimented on a few parts of my arms and legs with a tiny
bit of the salve. And yes, I know the recommendation is to treat only one
at a time. I don't really expect to have to treat any of these, it is
just a diagnostic experiment. But I did read about the person who treated
one cancer on her dog, then just tested a lump and then another bump and
then some funny looking skin - and in each case, very unexpectedly produced
an eschar.

 since
a good black salve has effect only on aberrant skin-flesh ... on healthy
skin the salve has no effect (and nobody in the world can explain this).
###A good, healthy scab, when healing process has run its course,
will be dry and crisp and crumbly at the edges = a very good sign that
there are no problems underneath, as far as I have experienced.

This is very good to hear, thankyou. As our first time experiment, when all
is new, one is nervous about believing that one has achieved one's aim.
There is no redness in the healthy flesh at the edges now. Seven days down,
now on the eighth, Wednesday or Thursday may see the eschar drop off. Did
you have a thread of skin or other tissue at the bottom of the eschar, or
did it just leap out and say Boo! when you weren't looking?

###If no ooze/watery seepage, then it was only skin-deep ... count your
blessings.:-)

Absolutely! I was afraid it was a bad sign!

A crisp scab formation is a must, so that healthy new skin can form under
the scab.
The scab should be kept dry (or dried with hair dyer after bathing),
so that it does not fall off before the new skin forms underneath.

This is valuable information - my instinct was that dampness would act like
a poultice to draw out any pus down the sides.
There is absolutely no matter around the sides now, so apart from any
staining from the eschar, leaving it open, or just lightly covered, might be
workable. I don't want it rubbed, though, as might happen with just his
normal clothes on.

Thank you Gunnar, for your trouble in sharing your experience. It is very
reassuring.

Thank you also to Mike, who allowed the original discussion of Cansema many
months ago, which meant not only that I could pass the info on to other
people since then, but, when the doctor diagnosed squamous cell carcinoma,
meant I didn't fall in a heap but confidently looked for a source. This
means I also heartily thank those members of the list who originally sent
this information to the list and eneted into discussion about it. Even if I
had found the information in a search, I would not have had the personal
input and recommendation and incidental information that helped me search
and decide (and, I feel pretty confident, destroy).

Sincerely
Rowena

Yes, please describe it. What is DH's plaster? ... Jill ...

Plaster is elastoplast on a roll. ...

###A type of sticky bandage-plaster that stretches a little,
AND also is mostly *air-tight* -- this is good for a first application
of the black salve, in the sense that the salve is better absorbed
into the skin/flesh over 12 to 24 hours. The salve does not lose its
moisture content during this time, and heat of the skin helps absorption

You just cut off as much [[[of the elastic plaster]]] as you want.
... it was well and truly covered
with salve, and a round portion of the crust had pushed up away from the
skin, corresponding to the size of the mole that was there. I cleaned it
up, got rid of all the excess crusty salve around the wound, and white and
yellow streaks were visible underneath the lid or crust. ...

###From experience, the white, yellow streaks are visible in the
fresh crust-scab-eschar-(raw lesion) when the plaster is removed.

###Very often the scab can be jet black or has jet black lines in it.
The black in the scab is NOT remnant of the salve, but is part of
the effect the salve has created in the scab. All residue salve will
wash off with hydrogen peroxide of about 3% strength (good antiseptic).

... He had applied
 far too much, ...

###This is a common mistake (sad to say), and can cause much pain
IF the problem-area in the skin is deep or wide-spread. The problem
is that the open scab/lesion created by the salve can be large and deep,
in which case the edema (red, puffy, fluid-filled swelling around scab)
can be extremely painful.  If you go to a doctor, he/she will go ballistic;
tell you that you have severe infection, and will want to hit you with
massive antibiotics ... when really there is zero infection.

###In large-wide problem areas, apply salve to a small area only,
and when a scab has formed, then apply more salve to another
small area, and keep repeating this till all of the area has been
treated.

###You will know when you have covered the whole of the problem
area, when the salve no longer starts (or causes) scabs/lesions, since
a good black salve has effect only on aberrant skin-flesh ... on healthy
skin the salve has no effect (and nobody in the world can explain this).

... and appled more the next morning - again, unable to see it, as
it was on his spine. ...

###This is when what I wrote above can be intensified = a deeper scab,
plus more pain than should be normal.

That night, I had a look at it and saw that the salve-encrusted lid had
come
away from the cancer. It appeared to have taken the top layer of skin and
tumour with it. It was hanging by a tiny thread of skin, but came away as
I
cleaned up. Cleaned with CS and H2O2. Flesh around wound somewhat red.
...

###The red is normal and to be expected. It is an edema.

First time I put vaseline on, next day VCNO. Next day cleaned up with
lots
of CS and H202. Today looked rather dry, and cracked on top, and rather
healed around the edges. No ooze whatsoever. ...

###If no ooze/watery seepage, then it was only skin-deep ... count your
blessings.:-)

... I have put VCNO on the plaster again.

###From experience, you should NOT put plaster on the scab-area,
especially not the water-air-proof plaster. Why? Because it will
prevent the formation of a good, crisp, healthy scab. A crisp scab
formation is a must, so that healthy new skin can form under the scab.
The scab should be kept dry (or dried with hair dyer after bathing),
so that it does not fall off before the new skin forms underneath.

... I think I will keep using that now until it comes out, then
use the healing cream they sent. I have put wedges of cotton wool to try
to
raise the plaster off the wound slightly, or at least to try to stop the
emerging cancer getting squashed back in. ...

###Why not try leaving the wound open to the air? Wash it daily with
3% hydrogen peroxide, and if need be, cover it with a non-stick
bandage or gauze, so that the scab can breathe ... will help healing.

 Rowena

Hope this make sense?
Best wishes,
Gunar

Jill said: I see that VCNO means virgin coconut oil.

They have borrowed the term from the olive oil industry, because there was
no agreed terminology in coconut oil production to describe what they are
doing. It is not universal at the moment, as I understand it, that one term
means one particular thing, and there is no central body really to determine
what things should be called. Another thing is that it is open to abuse by
people who want to sell their RBD (refined bleached and deodorised) oil to
jump on the bandwagon and call their oil virgin. So we need to be sure what
process is used in manufacture and what interpretation they put on the
terminology when choosing a product - I guess look up a website to see what
they are doing in detail.

Hydrogenated is not good in any oil. I don't know what the effect of
nitrogen is, but one company who sells CO in tins boasts on their website
(but not on the cans) that they put nitrogen to preserve freshness. I did a
search on nitrogen, but didn't end up much wiser. One coconut oil maker
reckoned it was great, but there was a deafening silence from VCNO makers on
the subject. I emailed the Nitrogenated oil makers, but they never
replied. I never intended to eat their product (unless it was wonderful),
just to make soap.

After reading up on moles etc. and VCNO, I decided I would go with my gut
and put VCNO on DH's plaster for non-stickability instead of vaseline. I'd
left it alone for 48 hours rather than keep fiddling with it. Checked it,
and it looked pretty good. I won't describe it unless any of you want me
to.

Yes, I always use CS, and there is DMSO in the salve. I cleaned it up with
CS and H2O2 3% tonight. Not that there was any work to do, but I just
thought the skin around should have a bit of silver and oxygen.

I'm a bit concerned about the eschar getting compressed, as it's on the
spine, so put a little wad of cotton wool below the site like a cushion, but
not above in case it slipped down and got stuck to anything.

Pretty pleased with progress.

Rowena

I checked the references in Coconut Cures (Bruce Fife)

P 13, Conrado Dayrit, in the Forward:

My wife had a large, dark mole the size of a pencil eraser on her chest.
Paul ... told her to apply... frequently to keep it moist ... once a day
would correct, but would work better if she kept it continually moist. She
applied every hour or two. As the days went by, the mole started to shrink
and began to develop pores or tiny holes. Eventually it just fell off.
(Lump on dog's head disappeared. Sores on other dog's nose healed.)

p 164
Injuries, infections, growths (warts and moles), and blemishes of every kind
... warm oil first - put container in hot water until oil very warm
(absorbed better). Work oil into skin. Keep continually on spot until
healed with bandage, or apply frequently. Keep spot continually in contact
with oil day and night.

p 227 Moles
Keep mole in constant contact with oil except to change bandage every day or
two. If it takes longer than a week, remove bandage for one day to give
skin rest. Continue six/one until mole gone.

p 65 Cancer
... skin of people with hard crusty growths, scabs and moles became smooth
and soft. Even precancerous lesions vanished with regular use. A man had
several hardened precanceerous lesions on scalp, tender, slightly inflamed,
never healed, persisted 3 or 4 years. Healed within a month with CO. A
couple of dogs diagnosed with cancer became cancer free with CO in their
food.

Julie Figueroa grew up around coconuts, but never used because told it was
saturated fat. Used hydrogenated oils. Moved to US, got cancer, all sorts
of treatments, desperate situation. Went home to visit family. Read about
CO research. Started taking. 6 mo later her doctors worried at her
absence, wanted to test her. She was in remission and continues so.
Used as preventative also.

Re: CSCANSEMA Salve - application how often? A little dot, not a thick plaster.

2005-12-06 Thread Rowena
Gunar said:

In reply to Deborah: Since this has been mentioned, I wanted to say that I
am now in Day-4 of
using this salve on what was most likely a non-melanoma type skin cancer
 on my shoulder. ...

Rowena adds: And I can illustrate that.

I assumed my husband understood when I said the same thing. I wanted to put
the salve on myself, and I would just have put a dot in the middle as per
verbal instructions. However, he did it himself while I was asleep, and I
didn't get to see it until end of second day.
There was a thick crust of salve and scattered debris around, which I
cleaned up with VCNO and CS. I did, at his request, apply more, but only to
the lid, not all around. Maybe I was too polite and reassuring in my
instructions.

Blow me down if after his
shower next morning he didn't reapply and put on a new plaster. Horrified
me! Last night, had a look - more salve caked around, and the top knocked
off the cancer. Cleaned it up again, put vaseline on the plaster, told him
to leave it there, shower or no shower. I don't know whether it got
dislodged in the shower or just by movement of plaster, possibly ooze
sticking the crust to the plaster and then getting bumped or leaned on in
the long car drive to work. That was last night. I cleaned up the
surrounding area with VCNO then Colloidal Silver then dry tissue to pick up
the little crumbs of salve.

I really did muse whether to put VCNO instead of vaseline, as I didn't like
the thought of petroleum product on the area. But the purpose was just to
stop things sticking to the plaster, not to heal, as the skin musn't heal
over while the eschar is still coming out. So I left off the VCNO as being
too effective, ha ha! However, another thing that shouldn't happen is - the
top shouldn't get knocked off!

DH had said to me the night before, when I said he didn't need any more of
the salve: If a little is good, a lot is better. I read it in Patrick
OBrian. I just took that as a joke against his obsessiveness, and didn't
emphasise enough to him, I suppose, to leave it alone. Dr Maturin had this
problem with his sailor patients!

The salve gets hard. This forms a crust. The thicker the crust, the
thicker the crust. I think it is far more liable to being knocked off as a
thick crust than as just a dot on top of the skin covering the cancer.

My mother was full of good ideas in her time, too. She went to a local
healer (http://www.rhiw.com/pobol/y_ddafad_wyllt_2.htm) for treatment for
her skin cancer in the nineteen sixties. He applied whatever secret
substances he used. Instructions: lie in bed until the cancer comes out,
and don't sweat.

My mother's interpretation: Buy a metal vaccination protector from the
chemist. Attach bandages and sling it across your back to stop anything
knocking the top off your cancer. Then carry on as normal, especially if
relatives come to sympathise in your illness. In that case, rush around
preparing food until the vaccination protector knocks the top off your
cancer. Continue entertaining your guests. Then put cabbage and /or carrot
poultices on the wound for weeks until all the pus stops coming out. Allow
to heal over with large scar. Live another forty years and die at the age
of 99.

No wonder nurses get bossy!

Rowena

(Bruce Fife just wrote to the coconut group that VCNO is the most effective
thing he has seen for skin cancer; it actually kills it and it disappears in
a few weeks. Apply to skin and also take 4-7 tablespoons a day. Of course,
you can take it as food dishes.)

FOURTH. Cancer is not a big deal - not like losing a leg, or having

alcoholic/diabetic. You have demonstrated a weakness for sugar and have a
damaged metabolic system. Like owning an old auto, ( even if you are 21!)
your body needs TLC from now on. That's all.

Raine,

I don't know how much your dog weighs but for external application just
rub a small amount on the skin over the tumor... yes the salve must touch the
skin so you might want to shave the hair in that area. Do this once a day...
don't wash the herbs off. Some folks prefer to do this every other day...
it'll still work. The area may become dry, itchy or painful to the dog as the
tumor dies. If you wish, wipe aloe vera gel on the site when this occurs.

Personally Gary was treated with the poisons Peg Intron and Rebetol for

of his health problems. Now this T Cell Lymphoma could be trying to flush

now admitted as high as 50% in female Breast Cancer.
All genuine Cancer sufferers have high acid Ph. It doesn't necessarily
mean they are mestasising at the time, merely that they are asking for
it. ANYONE with acid Ph is already in trouble, healthwise.

PH of blood is best, of course, but a crosscheck of urine and saliva taken
3 times over 24 hours - being very aware of what has been ingested ( best
nothing at all, but as we know people would STARVE TO DEATH in 24 HOURS)
Best starter Site and leads to overall serious researchers of resources is
here:

http://www.fablor.com/matrixide/library/intro-cancer.rtf

There are THOUSANDS of stories/resources out there until August.

Cheers,
Himagain

MA,

I'm so sorry to hear that. What type of skin cancer does your husband
have. I have ordered the contents but have no idea how much of each to add
to make it.

Is anyone of the list that makes cansema themselves since it is no longer
available? If so could you contact me at t...@welshspringers.com with
directions.

If anyone has a supply that they have and are willing to part with we need
it to treat a skin cancer.

Thanks in advance.

For a recipe go here:

Until you get the ingredients, I'd apply CS mixed with DMSO.

Bob,

Thanks for the link. Have you used this product? There are no testimonials
on the site for me to read.
