Supposedly http://www.axaptapedia.com/Temporary_tables says the temp table
is put on the hard disk of server or client based on where the first

modified date on aod files to change . but in AX4.0 and Ax2009 it does not.

There is a currency conversion script in AX... tried it once in AX3.0 but
not a success at all as had some bugs in the code (in the end the customer
did not go ahead with teh conversion)
Another customer we made a new company of just the master data and then did
export of the still open
Just wondering if I want the full works of AX2009 (workflow, SSRS, EP etc)
is it possible or wise to do it all on an XP machine or should I run W2003

Just spent most of the day with a strange problem regarding the top margin
property on a design section of a report. The situation is:
Client PC has no windows printers installed
Using this client set the top margin to 4.2mm in an AX4.0 SP2 report
Install a pritner on this client
I heard from my colleague who tried to help MS get it working for a demo to
partners that they could not so if anyone out there managed to get it to
work do let us know

These are all linked to inventory closing (or adjustment)
They get updated after closing has been run.
Since your inventrtrans got split this usually happens when you do onhand
(and also probably transction) adjustment. The system has to close of the
qty it knows is settled to issues and then

Inventory / Periodic / Closing and adjustment. Do either on hand adjustment
or transaction adjustment
Just be aware onhand adjustment is done based on your last closing date and
not on the current date

I would double check why is recalc/closing looking at custpackingslipjour.
As far as I am aware the std closing should not look at this table table so
I would be a little careful...although I guess you can add the index and see
but to me I would not expect any improvement in the recalc or closing
