here(http://jpassing.com/2007/06/14/authoring-multi-language-msi-packages/).
Basically these are what we do:
- We compile the wxs files
- then link with different languages(we support en-US, es-ES, fr-FR, de-DE,

installation wizard. When the installation finished, the install wizard shows
on the top-left of the screen. We can only see a slice of the install

I also run into a GUID and * related issue:
I have all of the components use * as the GUID. For one specific component,
however, I always get an xxx component has a duplicate GUID: {...} when I use
Visual Studio 2008 to compile it. I'll have to give it an actual GUID, then it
compiles okay.
